Odoo with Brazilian tax compliance running in production.
We implement, migrate and support Odoo at Brazilian companies — with NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, SPED and bank slips (boleto) built by us. This is not a roadmap promise: our clients have already issued more than 200,000 tax documents.
Total volume from the Odoo environments Edoo maintains — proof that the tax side runs every day, not just in a demo.
You have heard the three stories.
They come up at almost every company that reaches out to us — and they are exactly what we work on.
“The system is great, but it can't issue invoices”
International ERP with incomplete tax localization: NF-e that gets stuck, NFS-e that only works in two city governments, SPED put together by hand in a spreadsheet.
“The system issues invoices, but doesn't grow with you”
Closed Brazilian ERP: no real multi-company, no open API, no project management, no manufacturing — and every integration becomes a new contract.
“They went live and vanished”
Project delivered on paper, team without training and nobody there for the first tax closing. Go-live becomes the start of the problem.
Four ways to get into Odoo with Edoo
From full consulting to a product ready to subscribe. You pick the starting point — the platform is the same and grows with your company.
A project with stages, dates and owners
No endless discovery phase. From the proposal on, you know what happens each week and who delivers what.
Assessment and scope
We map processes, tax regime, document volume, integrations and what has to migrate from the current system. This is where the proposal comes from, with a fixed timeline and price.
Environment and configuration
We set up the environment (Odoo.sh, cloud or on-premise) and configure companies, CNPJs, taxation per operation, invoice series and inventory and finance rules.
Data migration
Master data, balances, tax and financial history migrated with our Edoo Export Data and checked against the source system.
Training
Sessions per area, recorded and handed to your team, with support material in our documentation and courses portal.
Testing and sign-off
A full round in a test environment: end-to-end tax document issuing, a simulated closing and validation with your accountant.
Assisted go-live
We stay with you through the first month in operation, including the first tax closing. After that, the support contract with SLA and tickets in our helpdesk.
We are an Odoo partner and and we build the tax modules.
Most partners depend on tax modules from third parties or from the community. When a city government changes its layout or SEFAZ publishes a technical note, they open a ticket. We open the code.
More than 25 years working with ERP and a decade dedicated to Odoo, certified on versions 12 to 19 — we serve both companies starting now and companies that need to leave an old version without stopping their invoicing.

What Edoo does for your Odoo
What everyone asks before deciding
Does Odoo really issue NF-e, NFC-e and NFS-e in Brazil?
It does, with the right localization. Standard Odoo does not cover every Brazilian tax requirement — that is why we built the Edoo Fiscal, Edoo SPED, NFS-e and Boleto/CNAB apps. The numbers at the top of this page are documents approved in production in the environments we maintain.
How long does an implementation take?
6 to 12 weeks in most small and mid-size projects, counted from assessment to go-live. Operations with manufacturing, multiple CNPJs or integrations with legacy systems usually take 3 to 5 months. The timeline is closed in the proposal, not during the project.
Community or Enterprise? Do I have to pay a license to Odoo?
It depends on your size and on the apps your operation uses. We look at both scenarios during the assessment and show the total cost of each one, including license, hosting and our service. We don't recommend a license you are not going to use.
What about the tax reform (IBS/CBS)?
We follow the technical notes and adapt our modules to the new model, with the same process we already use at every SEFAZ change: an update published and applied in the environments of clients with a support contract.
I already use Odoo with another partner. Can I hire only the tax apps?
You can. Edoo apps install in Odoo environments run by any partner or in-house team, and we have clients in exactly that setup. We also take over projects that are already live.
Does my data from the old system come along?
Yes. We migrate master data, balances and history with our own tool, and checking against the source system is part of the scope — including migrations from old Odoo versions (12, 14, 15) to 18 or 19.
And after it goes live?
We stay with you through the first month of operation, including the first tax closing. After that, the support contract with SLA, a ticket channel, module updates and system evolution as the company changes.
Let's look at your operation before talking about software.
A 30-minute conversation with the people who do the implementing, not with a salesperson. You leave with an assessment of what Odoo solves at your company and what it does not.
