How Edoo Tecnologia collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of those who visit this site, request contact or use our services — in compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to serve you:

  • Data you provide: name, e-mail, phone, company and the content of the message, when you fill out the contact form, request a proposal, schedule a conversation or open a ticket in our helpdesk.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, source of the access and time spent, collected by cookies and analytics tools.
  • Relationship data: history of support interactions, contracts, tickets and communications, when you are a customer or partner.

We do not collect sensitive data (such as racial origin, political opinion or health data) and we do not request data from children or adolescents.

2. What we use your data for

  • Respond to contact, quote and demonstration requests
  • Provide the contracted services and give technical support
  • Issue tax documents and comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Send communications about our services, when there is legitimate interest or consent — with an unsubscribe option in every message
  • Understand use of the site and improve the browsing experience
  • Prevent fraud and ensure the security of the environments

The legal bases used are, as applicable: performance of a contract or preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.

3. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is indispensable, with:

  • Infrastructure and software providers that support our services (hosting, e-mail, CRM and helpdesk)
  • Analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, which process browsing data in aggregate form
  • Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order

When a service is provided from abroad, we require the supplier to offer a level of protection compatible with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).

4. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the operation of the site (session, language and security) and analytics cookies, which help us understand how the site is used. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the bar shown on first access and delete cookies through the browser itself at any time. Disabling necessary cookies may affect the operation of parts of the site.

5. How long we keep data

We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose that motivated the collection. Commercial contact data with no progress is discarded or anonymized within 24 months. Customer data is kept during the contractual relationship and, after it, for the applicable legal periods — in particular the tax and accounting periods.

6. Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you the right to:

  • Confirm the existence of processing and access your data
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance
  • Request portability to another supplier
  • Revoke consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Be informed about who we share your data with

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect the data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), profile-based access control, activity logging, automated backups and security update routines on the servers we administer. No system is immune to incidents; if a relevant incident occurs, we will notify the data subjects and the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (Brazilian National Data Protection Authority) as provided by law.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in the legislation. The date of the last update is always at the top of the page. Relevant changes will be communicated through our channels.
